bumper relocation brackets?

i just did a 3" body lift to add to the 4" suspension in my jimmy. it looks good other then the gaps between the bumpers and the body. its the one thing it needs to make it look way nicer. can u buy these brackets or do you have to make them? i looked at it but have no idea where to start. if anyone has made brackets or knows how to do it could you post some info for me please and maybe some pics or diagrams.

I made some brackets for mine, but when I was about done I threw the factory bumpers in the trash grabbed some pipe and welded it one the brackets. Pics are on the link below /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
