Bumper width for mid 80's Chev

I'm looking at buying an winch bumper for my 71' Blazer. I am wanting the Baja bumper from this site. http://www.buckstop.biz/chevy_baja.html

They only make it for mid 80's and up. I asked if it would fit my 71' Blazer and they said i would need to compare the width of a mid 80's to my 71' and see if they are the same size...

Any help would be appreciated.
