THAT IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I'm green with envy . I would love to have that for my K5. I may have to start experimenting. Can you feel the difference (bumper + winch = 250 lbs) with that much weight on the front end?

Yes, but not nearly as bad as the k2500 I had with the snowplow!

wow, looks like mounting that thing would be a PITA. But it'd probably be worth it because that's one of the nicest looking winch bumpers I've seen. Awesome work dude, I'll eventually try my hand at doing that, but I'm sure it won't even compare to your skills.

It wasn't too bad . It only took my daughter and me about 4 hours to get it on there, only to find out that the grade 8 bolts were too short . And getting the winch holes to line up sucked. I think I lifted that heavy sucker in and out about ten times. Man was I wiped out last night; it felt like I had been at the gym for the entire day. And like an idiot, I was so excited about getting the thing on there that I forgot to eat all day . Oh well, today is a new day and right now I'm leaving for a three day wheelin' trip. I hope I get to use the winch .

good work I'm going for something similar.. ecept I was going to run braces to the frame from either side of the bumper, but your plate looks good
