Bumpstop options

Here you can see the plate I added on top. That's my bump pad and it does well and lands just right to not get torn up. You can also see my screwed up ubolts and plate that is bent. I do a bolt check every couple runs and retorque. Guess it's time to link it.

Nice and simple, I like it. Shortens it up maybe 3/4"? I know you were probably more after protecting the stop, but I also need to stop bottoming out the shock.

I recently changed my spring so I'll probably build a little riser pad on top to bring it up a little.
 
Mine was like @skunked except the center piece was welded, not bolted. The corners of the top plate were notched so that a socket could still fit over the U-bolt nuts.

My bump stop mount was adjustable so the pad could be permanent
