bumpstop ?

I installed 63'' rear springs ,I need to know if I should install my bumpstops when the spring gets flat or before the spring gets flat,right now the spring will go to a negative arch and most people say the spring will break after alot of flexing?Thanks in advance for your replies...

You can let springs go flat, but you don't want them going negative. Going negative is hard on springs from everything I have read and been told.
