Burb chop down.

hey thats not half bad, pretty easy fixs to pass safety.

sucksabout the head gaskit though is it right blown?

Really sucks! That means I likely sold the truck to him like that. I don't see how I couldn't have known though...

For you two, I just met (online) a Hamilton guy with a VERY sweet '74 Blazer. Coincidently I was looking at his truck in Westdale a couple of days ago. Gonna hook up for a coffee tomorrow at the Dundurn plaza if your interested in coffee and talking trucks!

I have the truck in my driveway now. When I get time to take pictures I will.

Right now I am wrsetling with the power steering pump pulley... The friggin thing won't come off, and I gotta change the head gaskets.

If it is not too too late tomorrow, I will take pictures. But I want to get this engine back together again real bad.

picture... finally

Here's the pics!

Now just a reminder, some of this was just thrown together to get it to pass safety.

I still have to do some cutting, and I need to trim the head liner so it fills the gap in the interior to make it look nice again.;):haha:

Thanks Dave.

And Craig, I am going to leave the ugly triangle on there until I relocate the gas tank.

The triangle is kinda growing on me to tell you the truth. It kinda keeps the eye away from the lopsided wheel wells, hahaha:haha::haha:

A little tube back there would probably be sweet. I'm assuming the long term plan is to bob the rear right?

Jay, you assumed correctly!!

Relocate the gas tank to the bed, bobb the bed to the rear spring hanger, and add some toob:D, hahaha.

And I will be cutting the bumper. I don't want to add width to the bed because then I can hual stuff. And if I can haul stuff, then I will get waken up on weekend mornings to hual crap around all day....

It happened many times when I owned the pickup, and it wasn't fun... especially after long nights of drinking....

that's why my big truck is currently out of commission and i'm driving my Blazer :D i mean i like helping people out but it's more of a hassle than anything.

BTW nice burb. i'm still subscribed ;)

thanks man!

Yeah I know what you mean. It's nice to help, but when you find out that morning, you get kinda pissed....

Like one time I was woken up on a saturday morning, I was hung over, and my brother bought a sectional couch. I had to get out of bed, pick him up, and head out for a half hour drive, and then an hour in the opposite direction, and then unload the stupid couch into an apartment building.

And I never even got gas money... 70 bucks worth of gas down the tubes.

But he paid me back in a way I geuss. I got to drive the moving truck... And it was BIIIGG and extremely fun to drive, hahaha.

OH! I found a trailer that is being stripped, and scrapped, so I will have a set of transport truck mudflaps :D.

I am gonna rig up a quick release setup of sorts. Like two bolts per side so I can take them off for wheeling.

i had to carry a (huge like a 1970) fridge up 2 flights of stairs the other day and i had a hangover. it drained me in other words
