Looking at a 71 2wd Burb onto a 87 4x4 Burb. Lot of work? Wheel base issues?

I don't have the measurements handy but I believe they are only off by a few inches, something that easily can be remedied by one axle relocation, and i already have some suggestions once you measure.
I f you don't already have both vehicles to measure, I have the latter and a friend has the earlier, I can get them for you and we can figure it out.
It's not going to be a bolt in deal I guess but nothing is impossible and this is on the easier side of possible.
Not to mention cool early sub
I don't think it will be that difficult, and it would be BADASS! I didn't pay attention to where you are, but for Cali, it would be f.i. and smog exempt. That sounds like the best of both worlds plus a very cool body style.
