'Burban 5-speed swap

I have a 98 burb 3/4ton with a Vortec 454 and a 4l80e and pushbutton 241c I'd like to swap it out for NV4500 and241 in my 93' k2500 with a 6.5...... Just the tranny and t-case I think a 5-speed burb would be cool will the computer have issues with no auto to control????

might just need to get a chip from that style combo and or get one burnt for that combo. and if getting one burnt you can play with things at the same time.
