Bushing\'s are gone!

I noticed when trimming my fender's the body bushing's in the front 2 location where almost gone. While I am under there changing the bushing's might as well add a ORD 1" inch body lift. ORD here I come...Well next couple of week's!

I think I'll go check mine...

Re: Bushing\'s are gone!

the ORD body lift is great, just remember when you do it to disconnect...

1) your steering-column to tranny linkage
2) x-case linkage
3) steering shaft from the steering box

the tranny and x-case linkage will need slight adjustment when u do the lift anyway, so might as well disconnect them so they dont get tweaked. AFA the steering shaft...after I did my ORD lift, my steering box started to leak..it has ever since. I dont know if the two are related or not, but with a factory steering shaft there isnt much flex to work with, i wouldnt doubt if I tweaked it when I lefted the body up to fit the pucks in.

All that said, the ORD body lift rocks. I love mine, lil extra clearance, but no worries about how strong the connection between body and frame is (unlike those big 3" lifts!).
