Bushwaker Flares and 35x12.5 Mud Terrains

I was wondering if any one on this board knows if I install Bushwaker cut-out fender flares on my 77 Jimmy If I would be able to run 35x12.5 mud terrains. I dont have a lift on my truck and I dont think that I am going to put one but I would like to run the 35's and the fender flares would help me out with the little rust problem I am developing while giving my ride an aggresive look. Thanks for your help.

i've seen k5's with no lift and 37s, i think with fender flares you probably wont have a problem running 35's

I'd say trim your fenders and try the 35" tires befor you spend the money on flairs. Wouldn't want to hear that ya tore them up the first time out with them. Personally I think it'd look better with atleast a 4" suspension lift if not a 6".
