Buy or not?

I'm sure you could talk him down a little bit. But, it does have some nice stuff on it. I personaly think if I was lookin for a blazer, I would buy it. I say go for it!

It took me a while to find the price, as I red a little bit and scrolled down to see the pics. I thought the price would be around 7-8K. So around 5K didn't seen to bad.
 
I thought of offering 4 but does the mechanical applications sound good? (In other words is that some good stuff he's put together there?) The body seems straight but it's up in the air!
 
Alright I'm gonna ask for more pics and also where it is. I can't go more than 5 or 6 hundred miles. Parole Officer, jeesh! (joke)
 
That burb would be a fun hunting/camping rig for sure. It sure does suck that these square body rigs go for so cheap.
 
Not a bad K5, but it's not a mobile wish list of parts either.

TBI350, 700R-4, 208...stock, stock and stock. No easy SYE for the 208, not the burliest case out there.

60/14...open front, welded rear (ugh) aside from X-over he spent nothing on the diff's and the gearing is sh!tty for the tire size and OD automatic. To really put things 'right' you'd need to re-gear and add a good locker at least in the rear. Count on a grand for that for parts, add labor.

Exhaust is garbage
It has Eldorado calipers which is OK, but they're not hooked up which is the hard part of course.

Drivers rear Q panel behind tire is pushed in and up. Rear bumper is also tweaked. Old holes in the body where a tire carrier was.

Shackle flip is old "Echobit"...which of all the options out there would be my last choice for a shackle flip. It works, but is cheesy.

I wouldn't give more the $3000 for that.

Well tRusty I'll take your advice and pass on it then. I don't want something I can't work on, fix or know if it's the right combo. Thanks for the help and I'm back searching.......
