C30 4x4 ?????

Chevy C30 /3500 1989 4x4 SRW. What axles would this truck have under it?

if it's a true K30, it would have a 14FF/D60, a C30 would have a 14FF, and control arms up front, since a C30 is 2wd.

Close but not quite.

In '87, GM changed the "old body" style designation to "R and V" series instead of C and K. These letters ran up to '91 which was the final year for these "old bodies".

The '88 and newer body styles retained the C and K monikers.

If you check the title or VIN off that '89, you will find a "V3" in there which will tell its a 4x4 1 ton.
