CA Smog update from DMV site

Beleive it or not... by being in cali we are ahead of the game... the smog laws for other states are gonna change real quick.

I still hate cali because of it but at least im only 40 min away from a non smog county.

In fact Cali started to bring in fake smoggers that won't pass and bribe the referee's to pass it and thats how the crackdown started... they do the same with vehicles that shouldn't be able to pass the visual inspection.

They have been dooing that forever at least scence 75, my mom used to do it
