I know there are four plug or spot welds that hold the cab floor support to the cab floor support channel. Are there also welds on the bottom of the cab floor support to cab floor support channel?

I figured this out. The floor cage for the nut is welded to the cab floor support channel. There are two types of repair panels. One has the nut cage and the other does not. The floor support panel without the nut cage does not require the removal of the floors. The nut cage floor support panel will require removal of the floor because you will need access to weld the nut cage. The floor support panel with out the nut cage you just need to remove the spot welds and slip out from underneath the nut cage. So for who ever is repairing there floor support this is some good info.

Here is a pic of the cage for the body mount nut. From the cage is welded to both the front floor support and cab floor channel.
