Cab Swap Parking Cable

I've got a 85 c10 cab on a 76 k10 frame

I have the coil wrapped cable from the cab, it has a female style connection on it.

The frame has the the long U shaped cable that reaches to the crossmember behind the cab

How can I connect the two different parking brake cable styles??

I would *guess* the proper way to do it is to get an early style cab cable to match.

Cannot remember what year they changed, but I'm running the same e-brake setup you are, with an '85 cab. The "early" cab e-brake cable is therefore interchangeable.
