Sooo....I finally got my strong box from bohemoth drivetrain (only took 3 times longer then told :doah:). I want to use a triple stick cable shifter setup, most likely the buggy model from JB fab.
My question is about cable length, this is going into my standard cab behind a 454/400 and my plan is to mount the shifter setup a little higher and more towards the driver. This is the shifter I'm thinking of http://jb-custom-fabrication.myshop...le-dd-box-4-rocks-buggy-style-p-n-trcsddbfrby Just trying to determine what length cables I need, anyone running a somewhat similar setup?

I have the NWF triple cable shifters in my rig. I think the cables they came with should be good enough for what you are doing. My truck is not stored at my house & will be a few days till I can get there & measure. Maybe you could contact them & ask how long their cables are?

EDIT: their website shows 3feet as standard, 4feet optional. Pretty sure I have the 3 footers. But I can measure to be sure

Also, how long did it take to get your behemoth? My friend is thinking of ordering one

Ya, they have quite a few options on the length so that's what got me thinking...don't want to go too short but don't want to pay for a longer set then I need, not to mention figuring out where/how to route extra.

I contacted Bohemoth before I ordered, asked a lot of questions and was replied to immediately, I was told the lead time was 3 weeks but shouldn't be more then 4.....I waited 10!!! Soo now I have 2 weeks to install it, get driveshafts, shifters, fab crossmembers etc before a paid for trip :doah:....
