I'll take a shot at this....for a mpfi setup you will have to modify a manifold. There are 3 aluminum manifolds available and the stock cast iron ones (welding and drilling cast sucks). The alum ones are the edelbrock dual plane (summit is $258) the single plane bulldog manifold, Richard Potter at www.cadillacperformance parts.com is doing an Accel setup on one of these right now but it won't be cheap. And the stock 368-425 manifold but it has a smaller runner cross section, less air flow.
The easiest would be a TBI setup on a stock or edelbrock manifold, the bulldog has a bigggg plenum so it has some low speed air flow problems.
For the controller you could try the Mega squirt a stock unit reconfigured or these guys at www.sdsefi.com. Hope this helps.
