Cage & Dash pics.....

I'm looking for pics of how your cage goes through the dash. I'm thinking about running it through the front speaker grilles.

I really don't like it coming down in front of the dash.

How'd you run yours? Post pics if you got 'em!!

i shoot some pics of mine tommorow. went through dash and even made a vinel boot to cover it looks good In my opinion

Yes, I'd like to see the boot concept.

Rusty, how are you going to finish the dash off? Or are you just going to leave it like that?

I'm thinking I could trim the dash pad to go around the tubing, and then take it to an upolsterer (sp?)to have it recovered.

The windshield side of the dash will remain as is and is painted flat black so I don't get weird glare issues. The front side that I have to look at will eventually get a fabricated aluminum dash. The factory guages and bezel are being kept.
