I have been getting a cage put in my M1009,and have finally got it back.It was supposed to take 2-3 weeks but actually took over two months.Guess I cant complain since he done it for $800.He used 1.75 .120 HREW.Still have to get it all painted and the floor herculined, then mount my tool boxes.

Cool, right to the frame...does it vibrate a lot?

Dont really know for sure, between the tires and no top,and everything else it's hard to tell exactly what's what. The plate overhead for my CB does rattle like a mother between 30-40 mph and will probably have to weld it solid to the tubes instead of the six small welds he put around it.If that dont work I'll try some Herculiner.

SHWEET!!! looks like 2 back seats woulda fit why did you choose to only put one in?
They're is just three of us and I'm kinda antisocial :D but yeah I could have put another seat in.I hope to one day put a set of Corbeau(sp) Baja SS seats in it and ditch the Cavalier buckets. The belts were left over out of date belts some of the local roundy round guy's had.I got three comlpete 5 points with hardware for about $50.

Look's very nice , and @ 800 it is a steel . Nice weld's for sure.

Yeah he priced it back in Feb and I told him it sounded too cheap, but he said that it was about right. This was the first fullsize he had caged since he usually does dirt track/drag cars and rail buggy's.He said he would not touch another one of these for less than $1500.:D The guy is a school teacher during the day and does this on the side. I know he lost his a$$ on it,but he stuck to his word and only charged me the $800.
