Calculating Lift Amount

I have a 1973 K10 I'm getting ready to replace the fuel sending unit on, pulling the bed in the process.

While I have the bed off, I figure it might be prudent to complete my shackle flip at th same time. How do I figure out how much lift the truck currently has?

I fit 37" MTR's with minimal rub street driving and no trimming so I figure it has to have some lift.

Stock 12b rear and D44 front, anyone have the hub center to fender lip dims for a stock 73 K10?
