ok so i just finished my 3/4 ton swap of the outers on my 10 bolt, and im trying to run 15/10 steelies with 4.5 back spacing, i ground down the calipers and they fit, but the caliper supports dont fit worth a dam, i ground hella material off and ended up cutting off 2 sections, which youll see in pic 2 and 3, i was wondering if i cut off the peices of the support in pics 4 and 5 will it work safley or not, i just dont want to completley ruin the structral integrityof the support . the plate i ground down is the test one and i have a spare, so if none of you think what i want to do or what i have done is safe im gonna remove the backing plate thats cut up and im gonna put another one on and get wheel spacers,

Too much BS. What size tire are you gonna be running? If it is only a 12.5" i would run an 8" wheel then you wouldn't have this problem.

for people that are running 15s on an 8 lug front what backspaceing are you running? like would i have to go to 2.75?

so i ordered some new 15x10s with 2.75 bs , but im buggin out on how its gonna look , anyone got any pictures from the front of their truck with 2.75 bs?
