85 chevy C10, 305 engine, HC's are way off the chart ( like around 4.5%) should be like .5 or so right?. Put a new carb on it and nothing changed. New wires, plugs, cap rotor. I unplugged the CPU and nothing changed. Smokes alot of bluish blackish smoke. Comp test showed strongest cyl. is 150 lbs. and the weakest is 145 lbs. Truck sat for 12 years. Suggestions? I paid $500 for it two years ago.

Dunno...I bought from rebuilder in AZ and they claim that the put all carbs on a test motor to tune it then ship it so I havent even messed with settings

It is impossible to install a carb on one engine and "tune" it then install it on a complete different engine and expect it to work correctly.
