I cannot get my barn doors to close evenly. When it rains they leak, not a huge issue in CA lately. Adjusting the stikers I found that only the 1st click on the latch was getting set. I adjust both doors to hit the second click on latch. Driver side now closes, no day light at weather strip. The passenger side sticks out 1/4" and doesn't hit second click. It looks like pass side hits Dvr side at top.

I am thinking the needs adjustments at hinges I just don't see it

I have the same problem but I slam it hard and it closes up.
I have to see if there is an adjustment for this

There is for body side hinges, front back. Also the strikers. I got mine better. Still have to slam. The passenger side sticks out at middle seem @1/4". Driver side closes well gaps match body well now, and no leaks. I think there may be extra weather strip interference. Not sure what is original.
