calling ls swap guys

ok im swaping a lq9 or lq4 in my mud truck i havent decided which yet. but all i want to know is the barest parts you need to just start a ls engine. i mean like i know computer and wiring harness and new fuel pump. is there anything else needed to just start the thing.

Mass air flow sensor, either a 3 wire or5.
12 Volts to the ECM.
At least 55lbs of fuel pressure.
Make sure the VATS has been disabled.
Run o2 sensors in each exhaust manifold.
Disable o2's behind the cats in the ECM.
