Im in the market for an aftermarket cam for my new motor. Ill be using swirl port heads (87-95). On a .030 350. (New factory internals)

The motor will be in a driver. Im not trying to make any impressive horsepower. Im looking for MPG, and good torque up to 4500 rpms

Im thinking a .420 (ish) lift cam. 210 duration. The heads have new springs, and copper spring seats.

Id like enough lope to tell its got a bigger cam, but i understand, you cant rob peter to pay paul.

Additionally, i dont wanna change the stock (new) springs

With that small of a cam you won't have any "lope" to it. 111-113 LSA .400-.450 lift, duration will be 205-215ish. Most companies have the modern dual pattern but if they are stock 193' heads I might would look at a single pattern cam too. I'll have more info over the next couple days because I've asked all the major cam manufacturers what they recommend.

They quoted me the 112561 cam. Its a split duration cam but without back to back dyno runs to see a difference. I really need to buy some dyno desktop software lol
