Sweet, so if I found a used intake would my throttle body bolt right up?
Then I could use my factory exhaust because only the intake manifold is different?

thay make tbi style to vortec head intakes. but cant use egr on them unless you use 96-2000 left exaust manifold for egr tube hookup.
I don't suppose that if I got a matching set of 96-2000 exhaust manifolds that they would bolt up directly to my Y pipe?
Although.... Unless I can find a used intake manifold its not really worth all the hastle when a new one is $400.
