cam shaft selection

oppinions on cam selection. I'm fairly set on a solid roller. but what say you all on which one.

Coles Notes version on the engine. pretty straight forward. 454 shortblock. 990 squareport heads. very mildly ported. edelbrock torker 4500 intake. 1150 dominator. forged 4340 4" crank. forged scat rods. rotators will get balanced.

its for my Z-28 as an application, no auto its M21 stick.

street worthy, or strip only?

What rpm range you looking to make power in....4000 and up with those heads I'm guessing?
