Donno 'bout GA mud, seeing as I'm on the other coast... but with proper prep, that Wally World Krylon has stayed very nicely on my pickemup. (Mind you, it's SOOO flat that it picks up dirt and crap, 'cuz the final surface is like sandpaper... but with scrubbing, the crap comes off again
