These are new in the boxes from GM. I ordered the wrong ones and since I gave the parts guy the number he won't take them back. Anyway these extend out by 4 inches and are manual not electric and have a built-in spot mirror. I paid right at 320.00 for the pair asking 200.00 and shipping or a reasonable offer?
