Camshaft Identification, please help.

I am trying to figure out what camshaft is in this engine. BBC 396. Rebuilt approx 5k miles ago. I have no way of getting in contact with the previous owner / builder. Is there any way to find out what cam I have without pulling it out of the engine? Thanks.

At the very least, you're gonna need to pull the timing cover & get the numbers off the snout of the cam.

It should have numbers on it similar to this...

fyi thats the back end of a cam. not the front were the gear bolts up.

FML. Just removed the cover and gears. Sigh. Guess the cam is coming out.
