Can A 1990 Suburban 350V8 V1500 4x4 Tow A 2001 Ford Expedition XLT On A Trailer?

I might tow a Expedition soon from New Orleans to Thibiduex, Louisiana For A Relative of mine.

Transmission is 700r4 and motor is 350 V8

as long as you have trailer brakes
but don't use over drive unless your going down hill

I pulled a Blazer once on a flatbed with a 2500 Burb. Donno that the springs/gearing on the 1500 are up to it.

Also, the 350 will be dragging. I was doing like 30MPH flat out up hills and being passed by semis.
