Can anyone help me find some of the horizontal chrome on a 88 K5 Grille ?

I've been hunting for a original 1988 K5 Grille, this is the one that has the body colored insert in the grille and stainless steel trim pieces. I'd sure appreciate any guidance to this end. Thank you All !
