Can anyone help me with my axle question?

I have a 1985 k5 and Iam going to put 8 in of lift,and 39.5 inch tires on it.I am woundering whats the best axles to use.I really want one ton,and I heard that dana60 front and 14 bolt ff rear is the best combination,Is this true. Also I've heard about 3/4 ton stuff but I just dont Know.

39.5's will be hell on balljoints, don't expect it to live long on a 10b/dana 44..

and yes, 14bff and dana 60 are pretty much the best choice..
