Can anyone look up a GM part #?

I have an NOS GM 2nd gear syncro ring which I believe is for an SM-420. GM Part #591566 has been crossed out and #360892 Hand written on the box. I was hoping someone would have a part # book and be able to find out what those #'s mean. Do I have what I think I have?, what years it fits, etc.
