Can anyone tell me what kind of wheels these are?

I got lost in the thread about all the lift/tire size combinations for about a day...and I've seen these before but I don't know if anyone still makes them (or a version)... I would reach out to the guy who's truck this was in '08 (username was "New User"...go figure), but he hasn't been on the board in over a year and a half

Any help would be greatly appreciated

not sure if western made that version . but yes that is the general style name of the wheel .

if true western wheel brand it will be molded on the backside of the rim .
