can hubs warp?

I put a new roter on my hub and my dail indicater reads a warp .
not as bad with the old roter. I think the hub is warped. any input before I order a new hub.

I don't think that is at all necessary. They are "turned" when you get them and if they are "turned" off the hub you'll have the same result just thinner. Make sure the hub and rotor mounting faces are clean. If you had the ability to check the rotor for run-out then check the hub.
