i still have blocks in the back.. (soon to be ORD shackle flip) wondering if I can use the zero rates while i have the blocks on the rear

can i add zero rates if i already have blocks.. or are they for springs only

You can, but not recommended. The zero rate would bolt to the spring pack, then the block can be installed.
