I am close to scrapping my 74 K20 too,its nearly gutted, and now I have to get it to the scrapyard somehow....I need a trailer or a ramp truck !!..
I see your scrap place uses a trackhoe too, only the one in your picture has "pinchers" instead of the magnet like the place I go too..those magnets are incredible,I once brought a 4000lb detroit diesel motor from an old bulldozer in,and that magnet actually made it JUMP to it,over a foot away!---I felt my truck nearly come off the ground too(my 74!)--I think it lifted the cab off the frame enough to rip the rag joint off the steering box--I lost all steering on the way home during a slow U turn when it failed!....now its going there for the last time...R.I.P.---(Rusted Into Peices!)
