First of all, if this is inappropriate, please let me know up front and I'll remove the post.

I know that a lot of you guys also frequent Pirate4x4.com so I thought I would come here and ask for your help. Blue Torch Fabworks is having a giveaway on Pirate right now in which they are giving away a trip to Vegas for SEMA. Everyone got to post up and six finalist were chosen. Now, the members of the board get to vote for their favorite winner.

I am one of the finalist in the Blue Torch Fab giveaway thread and would personally like to ask for your vote. I have nothing to offer you except a ton of pictures and hopefully a few great stories. I am also willing to take special requests in case anyone heard a rumor for a new product and they want special pics, reviews, etc.

Thanks for the votes guys. Its still early in the game and I am more than sure that the others have a ton of tricks up their sleeves. I'm just trying to get a comfortable lead so that I don't have to resort to anything that I wouldn't respect myself for doing :)
 
Explain to me why you are the best person to win this contest.
 
Why am I the best person to win this contest? Well, quite honestly, I don't know the other contestants so I don't know if I am the best. I do know that I have been in the wheeling community for close to 15 years now and that this has always been something that I was interested in doing. Ironically, I was planing on trying to make it this year regardless of this contest but this is a great opportunity to get there with a good group of solid guys.

But....to give you a direct answer, I think I am the best because:

1) I am honest so you won't feel like I am stealing your vote.
2) I am educated so I could tell the good stories after the trip.
3) I know the industry well so I could identify what's grounbreaking and what's fluff. That should make for a better writeup.

so you know since CK5 is helping you win that when you come back you can't go on Pirate for (what do you say guys) about a week or so and you have to put your report of the show up here first.
