Hi all I'm thinking of buying a 88 chevy pickup.I have a whole 86 donor trk thats now uninspectable.If I use the switch and attach that sm ribbed blk box thats under the dash at the base of the steering column.Will that do it ?? Thanks

JC Whitney sells add-on kits.They clip on top of the turn signal lever or a box tapes to the dash somewhere.
I put one on a long time ago...and it worked great.

Is that an '88 C/K, or R/V (old body)?

Not that I know anything about the '88+ C/K's, so maybe the columns are identical.
