can i tripod mirror parts anywhere??

so the other day it was nice out and i decided to tighten my drivers side mirror. well the bolt snaped right off. so i tried to drill it out, snapped off the first little drill bit i used, went to the next bigger one and made a hole right next to the broken bit. tried an easy out, and snapped that off too lol, so now the easy out is stuck in the bolt in the end of the mirror 90* bend.

the only part i really need is a new 90* bend. the pice that mounts to the tri-pod on one end and the mirror on the other.

i do not really want to pull the whole tri-pod off but i will if thats the only option.

lmc sells the whole kit for under $50 i think. definitely something to consider.

so after a day of searching this is what i came up with. i found a site that sell semi mirrors and has parts and pices for almost everything.

This weekend I spent some time looking for a replacement mirror for my '79. While I was out, I stopped in an Advance Auto down the street from where I live. It was just a shot in the dark, but they had one.
