As stated. To 'splain a bit more: The fronts on a dually have the wheel mounting surface (WMS) out further, so they use the same waaay offset tires as the rear end does. This means that a DRW D60 would need the hubs swapped to the SRW style to use normal wheels. Otherwise your tires wouldn't be turning on the centers, they'd be turning on the inside edge or thereabouts, and you'd have a miserable turning radius and I presume scary steering. Bad idea.
In the back, a dually axle just has reeeeeeeeally deep drums, so as long as your normal wheels can fit over them, you CAN use it as is. The 14BFF duallies are generally the so-called cab-and-chassis version, used on pickups sold from the factory without a bed (a utility box or flatbed or whatever would later be installed.) These are NARROWER, oddly, than a regular pickup dually, 'cuz the outer wheels more or less line up with the fronts. (The dually pickups almost always used D70's for the rear, so those are the wiiiiiiiiiide ones.)
Some folks mitigate the extra width by using stock HMMWV/Hummer rims, which are nearly as deep as dually rims, have the right lug pattern, and are beadlocked. They are, however, 16.5", IIRC, so you'd presumably be changing tires.
In short, DRW running gear can be cheaper, but to make it work on a Blazer, say, for wheeling, you'd prolly be better off sticking with SRW stuff.
HTH.
