According to the lmc catalog its not a surburban and probably a 1984

all 1980-2000 VIN's should have a letter as the 10th digit. that tells you the year. it has to be pre-80

That's an older 'style' VIN. One glance and you can see it's '80 or older. In 81 the new VIN's all started with 1 or 2 not 'C'.

VIN for my 81 Jimmy is (for example) 1G5EK18H1BF509xxx
