find a high pinion dana 60 differential, match my rear 4.56 gears and take my 60 off and press out the center section and replace it with the high pinion center section, then i would have a passenger side diff thats high pinion. would it work or turn backwards?

But where would you mount the springs? The spring pad would be on the wrong side of the center section.

It'd be easier to buy a driver's drop t-case. Or buy a custom high pinion axle. Cheaper to do the first.

If your re-tubing it anyway, you make the tube long enough to mount a perch and it would just move your center over a little and I dont think you would have any problems
