Can you ID this "mystery wheel"?

These wheels were on my K5 when I bought it last month.

The spare is the original styled steel and tire with the tire mold nubs still on it. Needless to say, I'm going to get 5 new tires, since 20 year old spares don't inspire confidence (of course I'll keep and store the original). I'll either get another one of these mystery wheels for the spare, or 4 more OEM styled steelies to match the spare, or 5 new wheels if I can't find the wheels to do either of the other two options.

In any case, can anyone ID this wheel for me, manufacturer and model? Thanks in advance!

Have you pulled one and looked on the back for markings?

try and dismount the tire and look on the inside for a sticker or an grease markings.
