Can't Find Fuel Filter On 1983 Suburban 454 Carburated?

Fuel Filter needs to be replaced however I looked around the engine bay around the carburator . No filter and under the vehicle by the fuel lines and no filter

Look at the inlet of carb for filter, it's inside the carb. If it has a original carb.

Update: Fuel Filter was changed out and replaced with a heavy duty filter called Specter.

Earlier it was sputtering and after the replacement I let the vehicle idle which cleared up. And went around a few times which the sputtering is minimized.

I'll let the vehicle idle again later to have it fully clear up
