Looking for some 15 x 8 , 6 lug 5 x 5.5 OEM rims. Not many K5s or older 'burbs in the junk yard, I can find 5 lug all day long. Its crazy.

I have four, make that five counting the spare that I just took off, to include the center caps and beauty rings.

Here's a pick if this is what you are looking for....tires already sold.

I found mine on craigslist for about $80 (needed some refinishing). You might try searching there.

When I was looking I couldn't find any. Now there's several sets on my local Craigslist.

Try expanding your search to areas around you, especially more rural areas, and looking in ads that barely mention Chevy parts. Misspell words. Bad phrasing. Poor grammar. Etc. I've found some stuff this way...people who can't type and/or with poor educations use the interwebnets too.

My '85 Burb came with 5 rally rims (8" wide),with all the trim rings & hub covers--and a few months after I got it,I saw 2 more sitting at the dump's tire pile with dry rotted tires on them, one had a open center front hub cap and the rear one had the closed center hub cap--I wasted no time rolling them into my truck!..

..the supervisor came walking over and I expected to get reamed for "stealing" them--but instead he said "too bad you weren't here yesterday--some guiy left EIGHT of them here!..some other guy took six of them about 20 minutes ago!.

I dont see that many in junkyards lately--since scrap went sky high ,all the older trucks get squashed instantly--and any rims get scrapped instead of put up for sale--only place I see any is at swap meets now,and they are pretty pricey...for 6 lug ones anyway--I got 4 of the 5 lug ones 8" wide and a set of 4 6" wide ones for my van, plus a few oddball width ones, a few at a time from the dump too--I have better luck there than the junkyards when it comes to finding good rims & tires...

I would sell you mine if you wanted to pay for them (shipping from Canada)

I just got them back from the wheel shop. Sandblasted, straightened, primed, painted GM argent silver on outside, black epoxy inside. Stems still haven't even been installed yet and there is still tape on them from painting (was done two weeks ago :D).

I've been thinking of going with more modern wheels instead is the only reason. Just throwing it out there if you're interested. I can get pics soon.

I was going to mount my 33" kumhos to them but haven't had the chance yet due to steering gearbox issues..

Thanks everyone.

I got some coming from Ga. $150bux for 4 (no rings or caps, which is fine by me) and $40bux shipping. So, not too bad.

I can find 5 lug rally rims all day long in the junk yard and even some 8 lugs, no 6 lugs to be had. oh well.

I sold a very dirty but only very lightly surface rusty set of 6 lug 15x8 Rally's for $25 two years ago after NO ONE would buy them for an entire summer.

I was moving and didn't want to drag them along across 3 states.

Now I kind of wish I had kept them.
(Kept two of the trim rings...they're on my trailer...on Ford wheels.:pimp:)

i got some stock rims off my 92 suburban i am lookin to sell i want steal rims there 16x8 i think 6 lug

92 are 16x6.5 if they are steel and wouldn't work on an older truck anyway. Too much backspacing and the center hole is too small I believe.

Well after talking to a few used Wheel/Tire stores, those rims are hard to find apparently. I do have a set coming, but was just checking out a few other places. So, for those that have em, dont toss em, they are worth something to someone. :D

Hmm, around here, all I can find is the 6 lug rallies. I've been looking for a set of the 5 luggers.

It works the same way with tires. When you're looking for 15's, all you can find is 16's... but when your looking for 16's, all you can find is 15's.

The junk yard I go to have 5 luggers with rings and caps laying all over the place. I have to look hard to make sure they arent 6 lugs.
