I doubt he wants something that's fabbed on a Blazer that's he's going out of his way to put all OEM (or as close as possible) parts on it. 
What exactly the parts your looking for? The little wing things?
yes...they are 'rods" that attach the lower fender to the inner structure of the wheel well...maybe to the frame, I don't remember
I'll look under mine, assuming 75 is the same. I really doubt they're still there, but if they are they're yours
I would think that 1975 would be the same...the 73-75 are in almost every way. If you want to get rid of them I will take them. Message me and let me know how much for postage and such.
