Can't find thread about 205 shifters

I'm getting old. If my memory is still intact, I seem to think there was a thread about different 205 shifters, mainly about the different bends in some like whats used on the 4L80E setup.

If someone can supply pics of the shifters, please do so again here. I'd like to see all the different types GM put out thru the years.

Thats a new one I've never seen before. Not the thread I had in mind. I wasn't looking that far back to '05.

this is probably the thread your talking about. He has taken down the pics. I might have the pics saved on my company computer. Thats one of the threads, yep. The other was the eliminating the shifter squeak thread. I think another thread I'm thinking of was about the 4L80E/205 setup along with some info on the 400's and some custom fabbed spacers, etc.

no the one I was thinking of is where you posted about brass or bronze bushing. I do remember something about fabed up piece but don't know where it was.

found something about a wave washer from mc master carr

Yeah, I remember the bronze thrust bearing (bronze flat washer basically) thread.
