can't find thread on rear breaks...

I read a thread a while back. There was a vendor making a dual caliper rear brake with a hydrolic lever to use as an e brake. He was working on it and not finished yet but I can't find the tread to get updated. Anyone know where it went? Thanks.

Does anyone know if there is someone selling a kit for an e-brake. I don't have one but I would like to put one on. I have 4 wheel disk brakes now.
